• Table Data: The Extension extracts table data from web pages you visit. This data is processed locally in your browser and only sent to our processing service when you actively use the Extension.
• Screenshots: When you use the Manual Capture feature, the Extension captures screenshots of areas you select on web pages. These screenshots are sent to our local processing service for table extraction.

Data Stored Locally

• Extracted Data: Captured table data is temporarily stored in your browser's local storage to preserve it if the Extension popup closes during processing.
• Session Data: Temporary session data (such as pending capture results) is stored locally in your browser.

How We Use Your Information

• Table Extraction: To extract and convert table data from web pages into spreadsheet format
• Email Delivery: To send extracted spreadsheets to the email address you provide (only if you choose this feature)
• Functionality: To maintain Extension functionality, including preserving data during capture operations

Data Processing and Storage

Local Processing

Most data processing occurs locally in your browser. Table data extracted from HTML tables is processed entirely on your device.

Server Processing

When you use the Manual Capture feature (screenshot-based extraction):

• Screenshots are sent to our secure processing servers and processed using a third-party OCR service to extract table data
• Screenshots are not stored permanently by the OCR service or our servers

Data Storage

• Local Storage: Extracted data is stored locally in your browser using Chrome's local storage API
• No Cloud Storage: We do not store your extracted data on remote servers
• No Permanent Storage: Screenshots sent for processing are not permanently stored

Data Sharing

We do not:

• Sell your data to third parties
• Share your data with advertisers
• Collect browsing history or track your web activity

Third-Party Data Processing: Screenshots from the Manual Capture feature are processed by a third-party OCR service. Images are not retained after processing.
